Who we are

A Team Delivery, Inc. operates contracted pickup and delivery routes from the Oshkosh, Wisconsin terminal. These terms govern the text messages we exchange with our employees and with anyone who contacts us by text.

Types of messages you can expect

Messages are operational and conversational. They are not marketing. You may receive:

Route and vehicle assignments for upcoming shifts
Schedule confirmations, start-time changes, and shift coverage requests
Safety, weather, and station notices affecting the workday
Compliance and credentialing reminders, such as license or medical card expirations
Payroll, timekeeping, and human resources notices
Two-way conversations between dispatch, management, and employees during the workday

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

How you opt in

Employees provide their mobile number and agree in writing to receive operational text messages during onboarding, or by submitting a written or web-form request. Consent is not a condition of employment. You may also start a conversation by texting us first, which is treated as consent to reply to you.

Message frequency

Messaging frequency may vary. Message volume depends on your role, your schedule, and day-to-day operating conditions.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier may. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

To opt out at any time, text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further messages to that number. You may also email support@ateamdeliveryinc.com to be removed. To resume messages after opting out, reply START.

Carriers and delivery

Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission of your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, tell us so we do not send messages to a number that is no longer yours.
