A Team Delivery, Inc. ("A Team Delivery," "we," "us," or "our") operates contracted pickup and delivery routes from the Oshkosh, Wisconsin terminal. It applies to our employees, job applicants, visitors to ateamdeliveryinc.com, and anyone who exchanges text messages with us.

What personal information we collect

Employment information — information provided during hiring and employment, including work eligibility documentation, driver qualification and licensing records, payroll and tax information, and emergency contacts.

Text message information — the mobile number you provide, your consent to receive text messages, and the content and delivery status of messages exchanged with us.
Website information — basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

To hire, onboard, schedule, pay, and manage our employees.
To assign and coordinate delivery routes and daily operations.
To send operational text messages to employees, including route assignments, schedule changes, shift coverage requests, safety and weather notices, and compliance reminders.
To respond to questions sent to us by text, email, or phone.
To meet legal, tax, insurance, and Department of Transportation obligations.
To protect the security of our people, vehicles, and systems.

Who we share personal information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:

Service providers that operate our business on our behalf, such as our payroll and human resources platform, our messaging and telecommunications providers, our insurance carriers, and our accounting and legal advisors. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.
The company we contract with to provide delivery services, to the extent required to verify driver eligibility, credentialing, and route coverage under our contract.
Government agencies and regulators when required by law, including tax authorities, child support enforcement agencies, and transportation regulators.
Others when we are required to do so by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the safety of any person.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging, and consent to receive text messages, are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

The only parties that receive mobile numbers in connection with text messaging are the telecommunications and messaging providers that transmit the messages for us, and they may use those numbers solely to deliver our messages.

Text message consent and opting out

Employees consent to receive operational text messages in writing during onboarding, or by opting in through a form or written request. Consent is not a condition of employment or of receiving any service.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above and for the periods required by employment, tax, insurance, and transportation regulations. We then delete it or render it unreadable.

How we protect information

We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do their jobs, use access controls on the systems that hold it, and require our service providers to maintain appropriate safeguards.

Your choices
